Recently been thinking what makes a dream team?
Here are few observations that consititute a dream team that makes
work => less work, more fun.
1. They identify your weakness and help you target and overcome them.
(Just how Aishwary points out my decision mistakes while planning community Quarter Plan, and Deciding Core Team task allocation/recruiting.)
2. They do things that they find simple, but are way too deep that radically shifts your ideas.
(I remember Ketan building NextJS solutions in little time while using so many layers for validation/styles, ideal for Prototyping to get started quick and solid – Never ceases to amaze me!)
3. They have other talents that changes the world in unexpected ways. (Like while going through one of the hardest to accept dark night, Parth comes up with some shayari to make the mood light while precisely relating to the words – helps remember this ain’t just you going through, many others been through too, and you will too!)
5. They are often more excited about things what just got you turned up. (Like discussing ideas with Parimal, he finds out some amazing angle from his angle and we actually take the ideas more seriously and boil to immediate action items, leading to actual results faster than just thinking and not doing.)
6. They are peculiar about details, as if quoting Jack Reacher’s Words – “In an investigation, *Details Matter*”.
( Similar to how Amanveer immediately reaches the mental system architectures by few words we shared, and yet absolutely being on same page at every step, because details reach the same end on both sides. Makes working together delightful!)
Note – Respect their eagle’s eye focus on details, and don’t make mistakes as much possible, even smaller one like skipping 4 and writing 5, 6, etc after 3 (like this post :P)
These are the few that I could identify so far, have more thoughts?
